The perfect way to calm and then energize your mind, our Chill Yoga is a mix of gentle yoga, restorative yoga and mindful meditation. Stretch, meditate and breathe deeply for extended periods supported by props that include bolsters and blankets, and by teachers who go the extra mile to make sure you leave feeling like you can deal with anything that comes your way. Your body and your mind will open (and exhale) in this incredibly chill class.
