Think of this class as best of both worlds: it starts with traditional flowing vinyasa and grooving tunes. You’ll weave your way through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen, and center you. Then move into Chill Yoga: a mix of gentle and restorative yoga and mindful meditation. Stretch, meditate and breathe deeply for extended periods supported by props that include bolsters and blankets, and by teachers who go the extra mile to make sure you leave feeling like you can deal with anything that comes your way. Your body and your mind will open (and exhale)

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga focuses on your pregnancy in a deeper way. Even if you have never practiced yoga before, pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin. Prenatal Yoga helps mothers-to-be by preparing them physically, mentally, and spiritually for the big day and amazing journey ahead. This class is designed to create community and foster a sense of support from the like-minded group surrounding you. Stay flexible and strong and learn to remain calm while connecting with your baby. Prenatal Yoga can reduce complications in labor, relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, and help manage the many changes your body undergoes during all three trimesters. Women of all levels of experience are welcome.

Vinyasa

Ideal for students new to yoga. In this class you move slowly through postures (asanas) and learn the alignment of poses in depth. You will explore the linking of breath and movement which is the foundation of the Vinyasa style
